urfuture has raised £650,000 to scale our mission:
rebuilding the broken entry-level job system for Gen Z, and giving employers a faster, smarter, fairer way to hire.
Our investment has been backed by some serious belief in what we’re building, led by:
The Currie Family, Solid Bond the fund led by former AO.com CEO Steve Caunce and Angel Investors from property entrepreneurs to UK sports stars who’ve lived the pressure of career transitions themselves

Why they backed us:
Because Gen Z is entering the workforce confused, overlooked, and burnt out by a hiring system that doesn’t serve them.
And employers?
They’re flooded with low-intent CVs, ghosted by candidates, and struggling to fill early careers roles efficiently.

We’re here to rebuild it from the ground up:

- A platform that ditches the CV and matches people to roles they’re built to thrive in
